Situational Part 1 - or what is lacking in self-defense against sports Fighters Street Fighters

The importance of situational awareness in the modern self-defense street simply can not be stressed enough. In the ring or cage, you always know that you are fighting against a person, no other weapon that its two arms and two legs and you know it will not sound until after the attack.

On the road, things are different. You never know how many people attack you if you are armed when to attack and when to stop. This is why TRAINEDSport-fighters usually loose against street fighters with experience:

Hunting sports stabbed and then says, "I will never see the knife," because he is training for a fair fight, without weapons, and Street Fighter enough to draw palm trees and expect to be good experience, until he cut his victim before.

A fighter takes sports Street Fighter on the ground and his head kicked in Street Fighter five friends, for the luxury of being trained in a cagewith only one opponent and the arbiter of "good things".

A fighter sport becomes sucker punches and then says, "I did not see coming a stamp," because it has been trained not to expect that the attacks only after ringing the bell, while the Street Fighter is experienced enough to know that the person landed first shot is usually a street fight to win.

I have seen this phenomenon many times before. The last time was when I had a boxing Thai fighters and trainers in a workshop;whole class tried to compare him to me, in terms of "who is better", "Who can beat that" and so on, "the most difficult." When you practice blocking traffic with RPGs, he stayed at the car door and asked me if I wanted, and open the trunk. I said yes, when you reach the rubber knife I had hidden under my left thigh. I opened the door with his left hand, the knife hidden behind the cabin door and thrust the knife into his chest, just below his rib cage. What hedo? Nothing at first, but then jumped in a boxing position, looked down on the rubber knife "attack" muttered a profanity in the chest and realized that it would be fatal, long before he knew he was in a combat wounded.

Who would have won in the ring? I do not know. I give him the benefit of the doubt and say he would. But remember, do not train for the sport weakest link, and is always ready for street duty, so I guess that was able to learnmuch of myself that I have of him. And the likelihood of an inexperienced fighters sport recovering from a broken nose tends to be better than an inexperienced Street Fighter is recovering from a throat cut.

Muay Thai Leg Kicks With Brutal Street Fight

I love kick boxing films like Blood Sport (1988), anything very Kickboxer (1989) and cute with Jean-Claude Van Damme in it. The training to become a Muay Thai fighter is very severe, but definitely worth it.

The national sport of Thailand is to see one of my favorites ever on cable. I learned good techniques from the world of Thai boxing. Muay Thai training will help you develop incredible strength to help if you can accept someon more than one attacker. This art focuses on the development of a fighting spirit that never mind, no retreat, no surrender a. There!

If you do, bumps his head to see some devastating defeat is that a person, then you need to watch Thai boxing. I have actually seen the Thai-boxing to mixed martial arts fighting techniques on TV. I am pleased to speak Thai lethal kicks and elbow strikes monstrous.

I have one of my favorite moves is to say with his knee, you can use to weaken and wear down the opponent. If you have your opponent into a wall or a cage and start your opponent's knee in the ribs, will be vulnerable. Another dirty trick I used to see in mixed martial arts fighting, if the fighter has bent his opponent, he will need him in the face.

Another favorite move, which can literally knock a fighter, a flying knee attack to the head. Recently, I was just UFC and I saw howFighters perfect timing a flying knee to the face opponents and threw me off as cool as a cucumber. Well, that's what I call my friends in the martial arts strategy!

I think that this martial art should be added to your arsenal of dirty tricks of street fighting, because I just love his elbows and knees. Both applications are very effective in melee combat, which is vital for all Street Fighter. For example, if you are stuck in a lift, the knees and elbows ready forAction. Lift some of the worst attacks, because a limited amount of space to move your body around a. This is where you have the elbow with the knee and is often ideal for a striker.

If you have the opportunity to review the Muay Thai video on YouTube. There are some excellent online video training Muay Thai. If you see a Thai boxer, you will see how powerful the hits at the knee. You will see a combination of quick shots and then the kneeElbow strikes again and again, this type of attack your opponent senseless and leave him confused.

Street Fighting and Self Defense Kicking Attacks - What Are the Most Effective?

The majority of martial arts schools that specialize in the striking aspects of martial arts all have various kicking techniques varying in number and their emphasis on their use, however, when we are considering the kicks to use in the real life, no rules street fighting or self defense situations we must limit kicking to high probability of execution kicks that cause maximum damage and do not leave us vulnerable to being countered.
In Addition, the kicking targets must be limited to low line targets and avoiding kicking any higher then the legs and groin in street fighting and self defense.
With these parameters in mind the most effective kicking attacks for the street self defense situation are:
     1) The straight thrusting front kick to the groin executed in the manner of the Savate front thrusting kick and using the shin as the striking part with plenty of follow through.
     2) Rear leg cross stomp to the knee joint to dislocate the knee and smash it into the ground, preventing the attacker from standing and destroying their ability to move.
     3) Low round kick to knee joint, inside or outside and to the groin executed in the manner of Muay Thai with the shin and good body biomechanics for follow through and destructive power. In addition, the same kick should also be used, to the head, to finish a downed opponent.
     4) The knee to the groin or, to the head if the attackers' head is pulled down. I include knees under kicking attacks as they are an extremely effective mid to close range striking tool. Again the Muay Thai manner of executing knees is the best way to execute this attack.
I have not included the side kick to the knee for several reasons; 1) they are too slow and hard to set up, 2) they require a degree of accuracy that is difficult to achieve in the chaotic turmoil of a real fight, 3) if you miss you are very vulnerable to being attacked.
The kick discussed above will give you the ability to do maximum damage to an attacker and reduce your chances of being hit, during their execution, in real life, no rules, street fights or self defense.
