Why fighters to reduce weight?

Drink plenty of water - before eating during the day, wear a water bottle, making a big mistake people make is to confuse hunger with thirst. I drink 2 to 4 liters per day, depending on the intensity.
Combine your water intake with any form of sports drinks like Gatorade or Powerade electrolytes to keep up.
Take supplements with a hard training, recovery and help build muscle. I personally use the power of protein for muscle recovery, pure carbohydrate powderneed for energy, spirulina, and a multi-sport for vitamins and minerals to the body.
Eat regular meals - 5 to 6 per day, small quantities
